The goal was to replace an old system and digitize the interface for sequence calls.

» Requirements

  • 7 interfaces (sequence calls, tachometer, long & short forecast, assembly data, ASN goods receipt and goods issue)
  • Digital process control in manual assembly in sequence
  • Sequencing of assemblies and cable harnesses (reverse order and route-optimized)
  • Customized sequence labels
  • Special tool for determining the appropriate cable harness for the vehicle variant
  • JIS/JIT loading with digital shipping notification

  • Successful implementation, including a special development and the expansion of the product to include the assembly function, within 6 months
